By purchasing, holding and/or using an NFT, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks including, but not limited to: complete loss of market or value of NFTs; inability to access or use the digital wallet containing NFTs; mistyped wallet addresses or invalid instructions when transmitting or receiving NFTs; errors in the smart contract, NFTs or this Site; changes to the blockchain (‘forks’); inability to access or transfer NFTs; inability to use, access, or display any content associated with NFTs; blockchain malfunctions or other technical errors; server failure or data loss; telecommunications failures; unfavorable legal or regulatory determinations or actions; taxation of NFTs; cybersecurity attacks and security failures; disclosure of personal data; unauthorized and malicious activities including, without limitation, viruses, phishing, sybil attacks, 51% attacks, bruteforcing, or other means of attack that affect, in any way, NFTs.

(iii) The market for NFTs is volatile, and this may impact the liquidity and ability to sell the NFTs. The price of an NFT on the secondary market as it relates to fiat currency may fluctuate greatly over a short period of time. NFT have no inherent or intrinsic value and no guarantee is made about retention of original value or their utility;

(iv) You are responsible for selecting an application or service to receive, hold, access, view or display an NFT and its associated content. There is no guarantee you will be able to obtain access to the necessary digital wallet or other means to do so. It is your responsibility to safeguard the private key(s) or other credentials necessary to access your digital wallet. If private key(s) or other access credentials are lost, you may lose access to NFTs;

(v) NFTs exist only by virtue of the ownership record maintained on the applicable blockchain. Any transfer of NFTs occurs only through such blockchain. Upgrades to the applicable blockchain, a hard fork in such blockchain, or a change in how transactions are confirmed on such blockchain may have unintended, adverse effects on NFTs; and

(vi) Content linked to NFTs may become inaccessible for any reason, and there may be modifications or changes to such content including deletion, removal, or inaccessibility. You should take all necessary steps to safeguard the relevant content.
